You can customize it with different paint jobs you find and can upgrade with better parts. Each player receives their own zombie smashing buggy that can be upgraded and customized. While the traditional parkour element is there as well as all the combat elements, it’s the addition of the new driving element that really makes this DLC stand out. The Following adds an entirely new map called The Countryside that is huge! It’s about twice the size of the previous maps with much more varied terrain. In fact, it could be its own standalone game if it wanted to be, seeing as you can’t exactly jump from the Countryside to Old Town / The Slums without quitting out of either areas and loading up the other. The Following adds a ton of new content that makes it feel like an entirely new game. Now that that’s out of the way, let’s talk about The Following DLC. That means players get access to Nightmare mode, 250 Legend Levels, and other under the hood upgrades. Every person out there who owns the base game will now have the Enhanced Edition, free of charge. Instead, what I’ll be covering here is Dying Lights latest DLC, Dying Light: The Following Enhanced Edition. I did a full review of Dying Light when it first came out and you can check that out here. But that’s not what I’m here to talk about. In fact, it’s one of the best zombie games, period. Dying Light is one of the most overlooked games of 2015, which is a real shame because the game itself is fantastic and one of the best zombie games ever to come out of developer, Techlands’ portfolio.
